The manuscript, written by an unknown author, is a list of excerpts from Volumes 1-17 of Rymer's Faedera. The hand is consistent throughout the volume. The binding is Irish. Contemporary crimson morocco, the covers with three rectangular panels within one another, the outermost formed by a double line fillet with a lozenge-shaped floral ornament in each corner and floral ornaments repeated around the outside; the middle panel formed by a chain-roll, and the innermost by a narrow "thistle" roll bordered by a two-line fillet. The whole enclosing a floral center ornament built up with small stamps. Elaborate pale green continental endpapers decorated with birds, cupids, etc., in gold. Catalog description is included.
