    An elevated panoramic view of downtown Long Beach, facing east. The street just right of center is Ocean, with a large open park area and an Elks' lodge to its left and Pekin Cafe and De-Nae Cafeteria to its right. The street on the left, Chestnut, has numerous houses and low apartment buildings on both sides, and is lined with parked cars. The Pike is along the beach on the right, with a roller coaster, rides, and shops, and beyond that is the pier. Writing in white in bottom left corner reads "Pierce ; Phto".

There are several automobiles parked on the far right, and one closer to the center, next to a horse. The land in the foreground is undeveloped. Writing in white in bottom left corner reads "Aerograph Co. ; No 350 ; 1763 W Vernon Ave".
